| Push new users |
- Users created in Okta are sent an email invite to activate their Barracuda WAF-as-a-Service account.
- You must assign a Role when creating a new user. For non-governance orgs, the Read Only Account role is assigned by default.
- Username and Email must be the same and unique across all users.
- If a user is deleted and recreated, the new account is created directly without an email invite.

| Push profile updates |
- Updates to the Okta user profile are pushed to Barracuda WAF-as-a-Service.
- You can only update the User Role field. You can't update the Username or Email fields.
- Changing a username removes the existing Barracuda WAF-as-a-Service account and creates a new one.
- Role updates for pending users aren't supported.

| Entitlement Management |
- You can manage app entitlements for Barracuda WAF-as-a-Service in Okta.
- If the app supports Okta Identity Governance, then you need to enable it to manage entitlements.
