Integrate Pulumi Cloud with Okta

Enable provisioning for the Pulumi Cloud app instance to integrate with Okta.

Before you begin

  • You have a Pulumi Cloud organization on the Business Critical plan.
  • You've configured SAML SSO for your organization in Pulumi Cloud. SCIM provisioning becomes available only after you enable SAML SSO. See Configure SAML SSO with Okta.
  • You have your Pulumi Cloud organization name and a SCIM token. See Configure SCIM with Okta.
  • You have permission to manage apps in Okta.

Procedure

  1. In the Admin Console, go to Applications and Resources > Applications.
  2. Click Browse App Catalog.
  3. Search for and select Pulumi Cloud, and then click Add Integration.
  4. In General Settings, enter your Application label.
  5. Click Done.
  6. Go to the Provisioning tab, click Integration, and then click Configure API Integration.
  7. Select Enable API Integration.
  8. Enter your Organization Name and SCIM Token.
    • Organization Name: The identifier in your Pulumi Cloud URL. For example, in app.pulumi.com/myorg, the organization name is myorg.
  9. Click Test API Credentials.
  10. When the authorization process is complete, click Save.
  11. Select To App under Settings. Click Edit, and then select the provisioning features that you want to enable.
  12. Click Save.
