Create access request conditions

Set up access request conditions for users to request time-bound admin access to managed orgs. You can create conditions to apply to all managed orgs or to a group of managed orgs.

1. Sign in to your Aerial Console as a super admin.

2. Go to Org access settings and click + Create condition.

3. In the Requester scope section, select one of the following options to define the user who can request access:

   • Everyone in the organization
   • Specific groups

4. In the Org selection section, select one of the following options to define which managed orgs the condition applies to:

   • All managed orgs

   • Group of managed orgs. See Create an org group.

5. In the Access level section, select the level of access to the app that users can request:

6. In the Access duration section, select Specify expiration now. Set when the users' access expires.

   Note:

   You must enter a duration for the access request for users to successfully sign in to the org.

7. In the Approval Sequence section, click Select sequence.

8. Select an existing approval sequence by clicking Select for that sequence. Alternatively, you can also click New sequence to create a sequence and then select it. See Configure an approval sequence.

9. Click Create condition. This condition is in an inactive state by default.

10. To enable a condition, open the options dropdown menu that's associated with the condition and click Apply.
