Add managed orgs

While all associated orgs are shown in the All organizations tab of the Aerial Console, each org must grant consent before you can add it as a managed org.

Before you begin

Ensure that you meet these requirements:

  • You have an active Okta Aerial account.

  • You have super admin privileges for the org that you want to manage in Okta Aerial.

Grant consent to Okta Aerial

  1. Sign in as a super admin to the org you want to manage.

  2. In the Admin Console, go to Settings > Account.

  3. In the Okta Aerial account management section, click Edit.

  4. Enter your Aerial account ID and click Grant. Your Aerial account ID is listed in the Account information section of the Aerial Console.

Once Okta Aerial has consent to manage an org, you can add it as a managed org in the Aerial Console. Once added, it displays in the Managed organizations tab.

  1. From the Aerial Console, go to Organizations > All organizations.

  2. Search or scroll down to the org that you want to manage and click Add org to Aerial.
