Allow end users to add apps with the plugin
End users can add most standard online apps to their Okta End User Dashboard with a single click. When users enter credentials to log in to an online app (whether in the OIN or not), Okta displays a banner offering to save the app's password. Clicking Save Password automatically adds the app to their Okta End-User Dashboard.
|Option||What it does|
|Save password||Saves password for the current app|
|Never for this app||Disables the feature for the current app|
|Disable for all apps||Disables the feature for all apps|

As an admin, you can allow end users to add apps to their dashboard by enabling this feature in Self Service for app integrations settings as follows:
In Okta Admin Console, go to Applications > Self Service > Settings.
Select from the following options as appropriate:
Allow users to add org-managed apps.
Allow users to add personal apps.
Whenever possible, we include the site's official logo when we create the app. If we can't include the official logo, we create a custom logo using the first letter of the site's name and a randomly-chosen background color. This custom logo becomes the app's standard logo for the entire org. If other orgs add the same app, their custom logo is typically assigned a different background color
