Create an Okta support case

  1. In the Okta Admin Console, click the ? icon, and then click Help Center.

  2. The image shows the question mark icon and sub-menu.

  3. Click Get Support, located in the lower-right corner, and then click Open a Case.

  4. The image shows the Get support button and sub-menu.

  5. Enter the following information:

    • Subject*

    • Detailed Description*

    • Steps to Reproduce Business Impact Priority*

    • Okta Org Type*

    • Okta Org*

    • Case Email*

    • Phone No.

    • Add Contact to Team

    • Add Attachment
