Okta Password Health Report
The Okta Password Health report is a downloaded report in .CSV format that contains the current status of Okta passwords for your org.
Prerequisites

Ensure that you are signed in to the Okta Admin Console.

This report can be run by anyone with one of the following permission levels:

Super Administrator

Org Administrator

Read-Only Administrator

Mobile Administrator

Report Administrator

Parameters
This report does not take any parameters as input.
Procedure

In the Admin Console, go to .

Click Okta Password Health. The report is generated and sent to your email address. Click Dismiss to close the message.
Results
The CSV reports contain the following information:

Unique ID (email or UUID) for the user |

Status |
Account status of the user. |

Activation date |
Timestamp when the user was activated. The timestamp returned in this field uses the Pacific time zone. |

Authentication Source |
Source for user authentication and verification. |

Last Login |
Timestamp when the user last signed in to the app integration. The timestamp returned in this field uses the Pacific time zone. |
|
Last Password Change |
Timestamp when the user last changed their password for the app integration. The timestamp returned in this field uses the Pacific time zone. |
