Okta enables you to manage your org's resources, which include apps, groups, and entitlements. In most orgs, the owners of resources are a mix of IT and business units.
Assigning owners to a resource reduces the setup time of requests and ensures that reviews are routed to the correct stakeholders. For example, you can automatically route resource access reviews for an app to the designated owners of that app, rather specifying a reviewer in separate campaigns. Owners can be assigned to the following resource types:
- Apps
- Bundles
- Entitlements
- Groups
You can assign either one group or up to five users as the owners of a resource, but you can't combine users and a group.
