Set up the Okta Privileged Access app

Complete the following steps to set up Okta Privileged Access for your org.

1. Confirm that Okta has enabled the Okta Privileged Access product and any necessary feature flags. If you encounter any issues or don't see the expected setup, check with your Okta accounts team to ensure that the product has been enabled.

2. Review the Requirements and limitations for Okta Privileged Access.

3. Confirm that Okta Privileged Access has been automatically provisioned for your org, then complete the remaining manual steps in Set up Okta Privileged Access .

4. Ensure that Okta has the necessary users and groups for Okta Privileged Access. This includes Okta Privileged Access users, system-wide admins, and delegated administrators. For example, groups for managing servers, server policies, secrets, secret folders, and secret policies. See Roles and permissions.
