Answer: Changes made using Access Gateway administration console are synched immediately with all workers. Three attempts are made to reach a worker before giving up. Administration changes are NOT retried after three tries. After the worker node restarts you will need to touch the application in some way to force the change out. A queue of failed configuration changes is NOT maintained.
