Auto-enroll Advanced Server Access cloud instances
Auto-enrollment is the process of enrolling virtual machines that you created in an environment with your Advanced Server Access team. Advanced Server Access can auto-enroll Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) instances.
AWS: Servers automatically enroll using an AWS account retrieved from EC2 Metadata Service and correlate with Advanced Server Access Platform configurations .
GCP: An Advanced Server Access enrollment-token is used as an instance or as project metadata that contains an enrollment token (instead of it being in a file).
Auto-enroll Amazon Web Services instances
AWS instances automatically enroll with Advanced Server Access by using an AWS account that's retrieved from the EC2 Metadata Service and correlated with Advanced Server Access Platform configurations.
Auto-enroll Google Cloud Platform instances
GCP instances automatically enroll with Advanced Server Access by using an enrollment-token. The enrollment token is either stored in a file on the instance or is contained in project metadata for the instance.
