Reset End-User Password

Okta-mastered end users can easily reset their own password by doing the following:

  1. From the Okta Home page, click your name and then click Settings.

  1. Go to Change Password and click Edit Profile.

  2. If multifactor authentication is configured, end users are prompted to verify using their second factor authentication.

  3. Enter your current and new password.
