Reset an End-User Password
Okta-mastered end usersEnd users are people in your org without administrative control. They can authenticate into apps from the icons on their My Applications home page, but they are provisioned, deprovisioned, assigned, and managed by admins. can easily reset their own password by doing the following:
From the Okta Home page, click your name and then click Settings.
Go to Change Password and click Edit Profile.
Enter your current and new password.
If multifactor authentication is configured, end users are prompted to verify using their second factor authentication.
Click the Change Password to confirm the change.
