Send Okta Verify feedback from your macOS device

Send feedback to Okta when you want to share suggestions or ideas about Okta Verify, or if you want to report an issue.

Note:

Note for administrators: Okta Verify for macOS is only available on Okta Identity Engine.

In the menu bar, go to Okta Verify > Send feedback to Okta.
Enter a descriptive title for the issue.
Optional. Include your email address.
Enter a detailed description of the issue.
Consider including steps to reproduce the error, and information about your browser.
Click Send.
If the button isn't available, you aren't set up to share diagnostic information with Okta.
