AI agents in managed agent builder platforms

Agent builder platforms let your teams build AI agents inside tools that you already manage, such as Salesforce Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and AWS Bedrock.

After you connect one of these platforms, ISPM collects and analyzes agent metadata from the connected org and surfaces it on the Builder platform agents page, with the agent's owner, its status in the platform, the permissions it holds, and more. From there you can see who owns each agent, its status in the platform, the permissions it holds, and the resources it can impact.

What you see

For each platform, an agent's permissions represent the ways it can get access to perform actions. What counts as a permission depends on the platform. For example, in Microsoft Copilot Studio, ISPM captures the tools granted to an agent, including the tools that connect it to third-party sources.
