Review builder platform agents

ISPM collects and analyzes metadata about the agents built inside Salesforce Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and AWS Bedrock, and surfaces them on the Builder platform agents page.

Before you begin

  • You have the super admin role.
  • Connect the relevant platform to ISPM.

Procedure

  1. In the ISPM console, go to Inventory > AI agents > Builder platform agents.
  2. Select an AI agent to review its owner, operational status, permissions, and impacted resources.
  3. Filter by app access to focus your review.
  4. For an over-privileged or unauthorized AI agent, reduce its permissions in the platform, or work with the owner to remove it.
