Determine the Access Gateway IP address

This topic describes how to get the IP address of the Okta Access Gateway virtual appliance.

Note:

This procedure is for on-premises instances only. It assumes that you're accessing the gateway locally, immediately after installation.

Sign in to the Access Gateway Management console using the default password. See Default Access Gateway credentials.

Press 1 to select the Network menu.
Press s to display the current running system configuration.
The eth0 section of the page shows the IP address of the server. Make a note of this IP address.
Press Enter to return to the Network menu.
Press X to exit the Network menu.
