Okta agent support policies
The Okta agent support policies ensure the security and functionality of Okta agents.
These policies don't make existing Okta agents obsolete or change existing functionality. They specify when a version of an agent is no longer supported. When an agent is no longer supported, it's deprecated and isn't eligible for bug fixes or other corrective actions by Okta.
If you can't resolve an issue with an unsupported version of an agent, upgrade the agent to a supported Generally Available (GA) version before contacting Okta. Don't upgrade to an Early Availability (EA) or unsupported version.
There are specific procedures if you need help from Okta Support for these agents:

- Okta Hyperdrive Agent
- Okta Hyperspace Agent
- Okta MFA Credential Provider for Windows
Okta troubleshoots the most recent two GA versions. If a fix is required for these agents, Okta creates a new GA release as the fix. This new release is based on the latest GA version of the agent.
These policies supersede all previous versions of these policies. These policies change frequently. Review this page often to verify support for the agents in your environment.
