View device management status

The Devices page allows you to see which devices in your org include a managed user profile and a user profile that is not managed.

A user profile is a user’s device sign in. A user can have more than one user profile on a device. For example, a business profile and a personal profile. In this example, a user would use the business profile to access restricted company applications, and the personal profile to access personal files.

  1. In the Admin Console, go to Directory > Devices.

  2. For the Device management filter, select the required filter:

    • Any: Displays all the registered devices in your org regardless of whether they are managed or not.

    • Managed: Displays devices that match all of the following:

      • Registered and enrolled in Okta Verify.

      • A user profile associated with the device is managed by a device management solution.

      • Configured for device management in Security > Device Integrations.

    • Not managed: Displays devices that are:

      • Registered and enrolled in Okta Verify.

        - and -

      • Include one or all of the following:

        • A user profile associated with the device is not managed by a device management solution.

        • Not configured for device management in Security > Device Integrations.
