Generate Identity Governance reports

Generate reports to help you understand the current state of Identity Governance operations in your org, including staged, active, and past campaigns, past access requests, separation of duties, and user entitlements.

This task provides the steps to follow to generate an Identity Governance report. For details on the specific inputs and outputs of the reports, see the Identity Governance report filters and output columns.

Before you begin

  • Sign in as an admin with permission to run reports.
  • Check that you have active access certification campaigns.
  • Disable your browser's pop-up blocker.

Procedure

  1. In the Admin Console, go to Reports > Reports.
  2. Find and select the report that you want to generate.
  3. Click Edit Filters.
  4. Select a field to filter on, choose an operator, and enter an appropriate value.
  5. Optional. Click Add Filter to add more filters, or click X to remove a filter.
  6. Click Apply to view the report.
  7. To download the report, click Export and select the export file format. Select the columns that you want to include in the export and click Apply.
