Set up contacts
Use the Account page to set up points of contact for organization, billing, and end user support. This information determines how Okta and your end users communicate with your org.
Configure organization contact
Enter contact information so that Okta can communicate with your org.

In the Admin Console, go to .
- In the Organization Contact section, click Edit.
- Enter your org's contact information.
- Click Save.
Configure billing information
Enter the name of the person that Okta can contact for billing inquiries in your org.

In the Admin Console, go to .
- In the Billing Information section, click Edit.
- Enter the name of the billing contact in your org.
- Click Save.
Configure end user support
Enter contact options for your end users when they need technical support.

In the Admin Console, go to .
- In the End User Support section, click Edit.
- Enter the following contact information:
- Technical contact: the email address used for end user requests, new user registration emails, and the footer of the end user home page
- Support phone (optional): the phone number that is provided to users who can't access their email
- Help link (optional): the URL of your help site that appears in the footer of the end user home page (instead of the technical contact email address)
- Click Save.
