Use Workflows to manage realms

You can use Workflows to automate repetitive actions in realm management, such as creating or deleting a realm, adding or removing users, and granting application access to users.
Using Workflows to automate these processes can be beneficial in the following scenarios:

Onboarding and off-boarding

Movement of users from one realm or group to another

Adjusment of access and realm assignment, especially if the user moves from one org to another
