Discover AI agents in managed apps
Use Okta Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) to find AI agents in your connected Salesforce orgs and assess agent ownership, permissions, and resources it can impact.
Currently, ISPM can discover AI agents that were built using Salesforce Agentforce.
This feature is excluded from the Okta for AI Agents - Core SKU, which is the version of Okta for AI Agents available to FedRAMP Moderate and FedRAMP High customers. Okta for AI Agents - Core is not available in Okta for US Military cells. Before you begin

You have the super admin role.

Complete the Salesforce integration for at least one instance.
Start this task

In the ISPM console, go to .

Review the high-level counts for the AI agents discovered in the org.

Use the available filters to narrow your scope.

Select an agent.

Review the details in the Overview and Permissions tabs to assess agent ownership, permissions, and resources it can impact.

Optional. If the agent should continue operating in your org, click Register and follow the UI prompts. Registering an AI agent from the ISPM console grants it a Staged status. You still need to activate the agent.
