Active Campaign Details report

Use this report to view in-depth information about active access certification campaigns. This helps you track the progress of active campaigns, identify specific users who haven't completed reviews, and improve review completion rates.

Before you begin

  • Sign in as a super admin, org admin, read-only admin, mobile admin, or reports admin.
  • Check that you have active access certification campaigns.
  • Disable your browser's pop-up blocker.

Get report

  1. In the Admin Console, go to ReportsReports.

  2. In the Access Certification Campaigns section, click Active Campaign Details.
  3. Click Edit Filters.
  4. Select one of the following fields, choose an operator, and then enter an appropriate value (if allowed):

    Campaign nameEnter the name of the campaign to include or exclude.
    Campaign IDEnter the unique identifier for the campaign. You can find a campaign's ID from System Log events or from the URL for the campaign details page.
    Resource typeSelect the type of resource reviewed.
    CertificationSelect the certification status.
    CertifiedSelect a date if the operator is before or after.
    Attempted RemediationSelect the remediation action.
    Remediation statusSelect the status.
    Campaign startedSelect a date if the operator is before or after.
    Campaign endedSelect a date if the operator is before or after.
    UserSelect one or more users.
    User emailEnter the user's email address.
    ReviewerSelect one or more reviewers.
    Reviewer emailEnter the reviewer's email address.
    Reviewer reassignedSelect one or more options to indicate if the reviewer was reassigned or not.
    Reviewer delegatedSelect Yes to filter for review items approved or revoked by a delegate reviewer.

    These results are available for this filter only if a delegate has been assigned for the user.

    ResourceSelect one or more apps or groups.
  5. Optional. Click Add Filter to add more filters, or click X to remove a filter.
  6. Click Apply to view the report.
  7. To download the report, click Export and select the export file format. Select the columns that you want to include in the export and click Apply.

The source data for this report isn't real time and is refreshed periodically throughout the day. A change that has occurred since the last refresh may not be reflected yet.

Okta stores this data for three years and then removes it automatically. See Customer data retention policy.
