Active Campaign Details report
Use this report to view in-depth information about active access certification campaigns. This helps you track the progress of active campaigns, identify specific users who haven't completed reviews, and improve review completion rates.
Before you begin
- Sign in as a super admin, org admin, read-only admin, mobile admin, or reports admin.
- Check that you have active access certification campaigns.
- Disable your browser's pop-up blocker.
Get report

In the Admin Console, go to .
- In the Access Certification Campaigns section, click Active Campaign Details.
- Click Edit Filters.
- Select one of the following fields, choose an operator, and then enter an appropriate value (if allowed):
Field Value Campaign name Enter the name of the campaign to include or exclude. Campaign ID Enter the unique identifier for the campaign. You can find a campaign's ID from System Log events or from the URL for the campaign details page. Resource type Select the type of resource reviewed. Connected resource type Select the type of AI agent connected resource that was reviewed. Certification Select the certification status. Certified Select a date if the operator is before or after. Attempted Remediation Select the remediation action. Remediation status Select the status. Campaign started Select a date if the operator is before or after. Campaign ended Select a date if the operator is before or after. User Select one or more users. User email Enter the user's email address. Reviewer Select one or more reviewers. Reviewer email Enter the reviewer's email address. Reviewer reassigned Select one or more options to indicate if the reviewer was reassigned or not. Reviewer delegated Select Yes to filter for review items approved or revoked by a delegate reviewer. These results are available for this filter only if a delegate has been assigned for the user.
Resource Select one or more apps or groups. Or, use the Resource name filter instead if you want to find resources that aren't apps or groups, such as service accounts and AI agent connections. Resource name Enter the name of the resource. or, use this filter instead of the Resource filter if you want to find resources that aren't apps or groups, such as service accounts and AI agent connections. - Optional. Click Add Filter to add more filters, or click X to remove a filter.
- Click Apply to view the report.

To download the report, click Export and select the export file format. Select the columns that you want to include in the export and click Apply.
The source data for this report isn't real time and is refreshed periodically throughout the day. A change that has occurred since the last refresh may not be reflected yet.
Okta stores this data for three years and then removes it automatically. See Customer data retention policy.
