Manage the Okta Privileged Access gateway

Task	Ubuntu or Debian	Red Hat or CentOS
Start the gateway	Run sudo systemctl start sft-gatewayd	Run sudo systemctl start sft-gatewayd
Stop the gateway	Run sudo systemctl stop sft-gatewayd	Run sudo systemctl stop sft-gatewayd
Uninstall the gateway	Run sudo apt-get remove scaleft-gateway	Run sudo yum remove scaleft-gateway
