Supported features

The following features and functionality are available with a Safety Culture integration.

Feature	Description
Push new users	New users created through Okta are also created in Safety Culture. You must provide a password to create a user in Safety Culture. When users are created, they have the default permission set and seat type in Safety Culture.
Push profile updates	Updates made to user profiles in Okta are applied in Safety Culture. You can only update the first name and last name. Editing an existing username creates a new user account and removes the previous one.
Push user deactivation	Deactivating users or disabling their access to the app in Okta deactivates them in Safety Culture.
Reactivate users	Reactivating users in Okta reactivates them in Safety Culture.
Import new users	Okta imports users who are created in Safety Culture.
Push groups	You can push groups and their members to Safety Culture. You can create multiple groups with the same group name. You can only provide the group name when you create a group. You can't include a description. You can't update a group.
