Disable Okta communications to end users

Okta may occasionally contact your end-users to recommend security practices, notify them about new features, and request feedback.

To opt out of Okta communications to your end users:

1. In the Admin Console, go to CustomizationsOther.

2. Click Edit on the Okta User Communication pane.

3. Select Opt out of Okta User Communication.

4. Click Save.

Any feedback or information that is provided to Okta by end users in response to such communications do not constitute Customer Data, and any such feedback may be used by Okta to improve our products and services.
