Office 365のプロビジョニングに対応しているユーザープロファイル属性
OktaでOffice 365アプリに対するユーザーのユーザープリンシパル名（UPN）を変更すると、ユーザーはプロビジョニングを解除されてからMicrosoft Entra IDで再プロビジョニングされます。このプロセスでは、すでに存在するユーザーを作成しようとするため、エラーが発生する可能性があります。Office 365に対するユーザーのUPNを更新する際この問題を回避するには、に移動して、ユーザーのOktaプロファイルにあるユーザー名（Username）フィールドを直接編集します。
次のユーザープロファイル属性は、各プロビジョニングタイプに対応しています。これらの属性は、Office 365をOktaからMicrosoft Entra IDにプロビジョニングする場合にのみ適用されます。Microsoft Entra IDからOktaにインポートされたOffice 365ユーザーには適用されません。
プロファイル同期

- GCC Highでは、
Sponsors属性は利用できません。 - Manager属性とSponsors属性は、ユーザーのユーザープリンシパル名またはオブジェクトIDのみを受け入れます。
- employeeHireDate属性の形式はISO 8601 UTCにする必要があります。
