Airtable connector
Airtable is a collaboration platform where you enter tasks into a spreadsheet-based system. You can create, read, update, and delete rows, perform searches, and make custom API calls to the Airtable API.
Airtable plans to deprecate the existing API key authorization method on February 1, 2024.
In preparation for this change, Okta is updating the Airtable connector to use the new Personal Access Token authorization method. This update takes effect for Preview cells on July 19, 2023, and for Production cells on July 21, 2023.
Reauthorize your connection to Airtable after this update to maintain your Airtable functionality.
Authorize your Airtable account
When you add a Airtable card to a flow for the first time, you need to set up a configuration for that connector. Setting up a configuration will allow you to connect to your Airtable account, save the information, and reuse that configuration next time you build a flow with the connector. Then you don't have to sign in every time you want to build a flow with this connector. After you've set up one configuration, you can choose to use that configuration again, or set up a new one. See Authorization.
