Authorization

Connect your Greenhouse account to Okta Workflows using OAuth.

About this task

When you add a Greenhouse card to a flow for the first time, Okta Workflows prompts you to configure the connection. This connection links to your Greenhouse account and saves your account information, so you can reuse the connection for future Greenhouse flows.

Before you begin

  • Okta Workflows administrator authority

To create a connection in Okta Workflows:

  1. Open the Connections tab in the Workflows Console or open a Greenhouse card.
  2. Select New Connection.
  3. Enter a connection Name. A unique name is useful if you plan to create multiple connections to share with your team.
  4. Enter a connection Description. This is useful to have more information regarding your connection.
  5. Select Create.
  6. A popup window opens on the Greenhouse authorization page, listing the supported scopes. Enter your Email and select Log in to Greenhouse.
  7. If prompted, sign in with your Greenhouse account credentials.
  8. A consent window appears, listing the supported scopes. Optionally, select the Authorize using a service account checkbox.
  9. Select Authorize.
  10. You're redirected back and the connection is created.
