Revoke connection
To revoke an Office 365 connection completely requires two separate procedures.
Delete a connection from Okta Workflows
To remove a single connection from Okta Workflows, follow these steps.

Go to

Select the connection and then click Delete.

Close the browser session.
Delete the Okta app from the Enterprise applications in Azure Portal
Disable all existing connections at the same time. The connections that appear in Okta Workflows remain working for approximately one hour, until the current access token expires.

In your Azure Portal, select .

Select the Okta app (either Office 365 Mail for Okta Preview or Office 365 Mail for Okta Workflows).

Under Manage, select .
This revokes any previously granted admin consents. Regular users can't create connections until admin consent is granted.
For any connections you want to keep, you must manually reauthorize the connection and repeat the consent process within one hour to avoid connection failure.
