Create Access Report

Create an access report for a user or a resource in Okta Privileged Access.

Use one of the following methods to find the User ID or Resource ID:

  • Reference the ID from the URL of your Okta Privileged Access user interface

  • Execute either the Find Users or the Find Servers action card

    To return a list of matching objects, you must pass a search argument to these cards, such as a username or server host name. Then you can extract the ID required for this card.

  • User: for a user-based report

  • Resource: for a resource-based report (for example, for a server)

If the report subject is a User, this is the Okta Privileged Access ID of the user.

If the report subject is a Resource, this is the Okta Privileged Access ID of the resource.

Select the resource type for a resource access report from the currently available options.
