Integrate Mitti (by SafetyCulture) with Okta

Enable provisioning for the Mitti (by SafetyCulture) app instance to integrate with Okta.

Before you begin

  • You have a Mitti (by SafetyCulture) account.
  • You have an API token generated for the service user or user. See API authentication.
  • You have permission to manage apps in Okta.

Procedure

  1. In the Admin Console, go to Applications and Resources > Applications.
  2. Click Browse App Catalog.
  3. Search for and select Mitti (by SafetyCulture), and then click Add Integration.
  4. On the General Settings tab, enter an Application label.
  5. Click Next, and then click Done.
  6. Select the Provisioning tab, click Integration, and then click Configure API Integration.
  7. Select the Enable API Integration checkbox.
  8. Enter your API Token.
  9. Click Test API Credentials.
  10. When the authorization process is complete, click Save.
  11. Select To App under Settings. Click Edit, and then select the provisioning features that you want to enable.
  12. Click Save.
