Supported features

The following features and functionality are available with a Mitti (by SafetyCulture) integration.

Feature Description
Push new users
  • New users created through Okta are also created in Mitti (by SafetyCulture).
  • You must provide a password to create a user in Mitti (by SafetyCulture).
  • New users have the default permission set and seat type in Mitti (by SafetyCulture).
  • The username and email must be the same value and unique.
Push profile updates
  • You can update user profiles in Mitti (by SafetyCulture) when you update them in Okta.
  • If you edit an existing user's username and email at the same time, Mitti (by SafetyCulture) creates a new user account and deactivates the previous one.
Push user deactivation

Deactivating users or disabling their access to the app in Okta deactivates them in Mitti (by SafetyCulture).
Reactivate users

Reactivating users in Okta reactivates them in Mitti (by SafetyCulture).
Import new users

You can import users into Okta that were created in Mitti (by SafetyCulture).
Push groups
  • You can push groups and their members to Mitti (by SafetyCulture). See Manage Group Push.
  • You can create multiple groups with the same name.
  • You can provide only the group name when you create a group. You can't include a description.
  • You can't update a group's name or description through Okta.
