Sign in to a managed org

You can sign in to a managed org directly from the Aerial Console by requesting time-bound access. When you gain access, Aerial creates an identity in the downstream org, and it deactivates that identity when the session expires.

Before you begin

Ensure that an access request condition is set up for the org you want to sign in to. See Create access request conditions in Okta Aerial.

Start this task

Sign in to your Aerial Console as a super admin.
Go to Organizations and click the Managed organizations tab.
Click the link in the Managed Organization column for the org that you want to access. The Org access status page displays.
Click + Request access. The Select access level page displays.
Enter the required information according to the org's access request condition, and then click Submit request. Close the page.
You can view the status of your request from the Org access status page. Once your request is approved, click Sign in to org.
