Create an instance of your on-premises app in Okta

This procedure assumes that you've read and successfully completed Install the Okta Provisioning Agent.

  1. Verify that any agents that you created for your on-premises app are operational:
    1. In the Admin Console, go to DashboardAgents.
    2. Verify that your agents have an operational status and are highlighted in green. If any agent has another status, correct the issue with the agent before proceeding.
  2. Click Applications and enter the name of your app integration in the Search field.
  3. Click the name of the app integration and click the General tab.
  4. In the App Settings area, click Edit.
  5. Select Enable on-premises provisioning.
  6. Click Save.
