Promote a Community Preview integration to Production

Contact your Customer Success team to request use of a Community Preview integration in Production.

Early Access release

After you test a Community Preview integration and you're satisfied with its provisioning, entitlements, and SSO behavior, you can request to use it in your Production org. There's no self-service path to use a Community Preview integration in Production.

Procedure

  1. Contact your Customer Success team.
  2. Provide the integration name and a summary of your test results.
  3. Wait for confirmation that the integration is enabled in your Production org.
