Create preconfigured campaigns

Early Access release. See Enable self-service features.

Preconfigured campaigns are ready-to-use campaigns that you can launch in just two steps. To help you get started with Access Certifications, Okta configures some settings automatically in these campaigns. You can still review and update the settings before you launch these campaigns.

If you're new to Access Certifications, get started with these campaigns first. If you're already familiar with Access Certifications, you can also use these campaigns as a starting point to create your own campaign.

Discover inactive users
Use this campaign to review apps with the highest number of inactive users. The default is set to users who have been inactive for 90 days. By default, this campaign doesn't review entitlements, groups, or other resources.
You may see recommendations from Okta on the Access Certifications page or the Assignments tab for an app to run a variation of this campaign.
If you're using this campaign as a starting point, you can edit the campaign to change the inactive user duration, apps included in this campaign, and more. To include entitlements in the review, clear the Predefined user scope option from the campaign's user settings before enabling the Review entitlements toggle.
This campaign isn't available if you don't have any apps in your org. Apps with fewer than five users assigned to it aren't included in this preconfigured campaign.
Okta administrator review
Use this campaign to review users' admin access to the Admin Console. This campaign is available only if you're subscribed to Okta Identity Governance and are signed in to the Admin Console as a super admin.
