Dropbox Business integration prerequisites

These are the prerequisites for integrating Dropbox Business with Okta:

• To use silent provisioning, single sign-on (SSO) must be enabled on the Dropbox Business admin dashboard and your corporate domain must be claimed.
• The Dropbox Business app must be added to Okta with the fields in the General Settings and Sign-On Options tabs completed.
• Dropbox Business profiles must contain a first name or last name. If the first name or last name are missing, profile data cannot be imported into Okta.
