Lucid supported features

This table lists the features and functionality available with a Lucid integration.

Feature Description
Push new users Users created in Okta are also created in Lucid.
Push profile updates Updates to the Username, First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number in the Okta user profile are pushed to Lucid.
Push password updates Changes made to a user's password in Okta are automatically synced with Lucid.
Push groups Groups and their members are pushed to organizational groups in Lucid. See Manage Group Push
Push user deactivation Deactivating a user in Okta triggers an immediate deactivation or suspension in Lucid. The user's active sessions are terminated and their security tokens are revoked.
Reactivate users Users reactivated in Okta are also reactivated in Lucid.
Import new users Users created in Lucid can be imported into Okta. User attributes and org data are also imported.
Import profile updates Updates made to a user's profile in Lucid are downloaded and applied to the profile fields in Okta.
Import user schema Imports more user attributes from Lucid. This is also known as schema discovery.
Entitlement Management You can manage app entitlements for Lucid in Okta. If the app supports Okta Identity Governance, then you need to enable it to manage entitlements. You can assign multiple roles to a user, but assigning a role isn't required.
