This table lists the features and functionality that are available with a Netskope Admin Console integration.

Feature Description
Push new users Users created in Okta are also created in Netskope Admin Console. When you create a user, you must assign them an admin role.

Here are some important things to note:

  • Netskope Admin Console receives the Username, but not the First Name or Last Name values.
  • You can't create a service account or a Netskope personnel account.
  • MFA is disabled by default.
Push user deactivation Deactivating a user in Okta removes the user from Netskope Admin Console.
Push profile updates Updates made to the Okta user profile are pushed to Netskope Admin Console.

Here are two important things to note:

  • You can only use this feature to update the User Role field, and the field only accepts one value.
  • Don't use this feature to update a username. If you do, the user becomes disabled in Netskope Admin Console. If you need to reactivate the user, click the edit icon, enter the username, and click Save. The user shows an active status.
Import new users New users created in Netskope Admin Console are imported into Okta. You can't use this feature to import service account or Netskope personnel account users.
Import profile updates When you update a user profile in Netskope Admin Console, the updates are imported into Okta.
Reactivate users When you remove a user in Okta, the user is reactivated in Netskope Admin Console. The user shows a pending state in Netskope Admin Console because they aren't verified.
Import user schema User schema in the Netskope Admin Console is imported into Okta.
