Enable Oracle Human Capital Management provisioning

Enable provisioning for your Oracle Human Capital Management instance to integrate with Okta.

Prerequisites

  • You have a tenant account for the Oracle Human Capital Management app.
  • You're assigned to the IT Security Manager role. This role gives you permission to manage user accounts and enable provisioning in the Oracle Human Capital Management app.

Start this task

  1. If you've already added the Oracle Human Capital Management app to Okta, go to step 2. If you haven't added it, add it now:

    1. In the Admin Console, go to ApplicationsApplications.

    2. Click Browse App Catalog.
    3. Search for and select Oracle Human Capital Management and click Add Integration.
    4. Complete the fields on the General settings tab and click Next.
    5. Select your Sign-on Options and click Done.

  2. In the Admin Console, go to ApplicationsApplications.

  3. Select Oracle Human Capital Management from the list of apps.

  4. Click the Provisioning tab, click Configure API Integration, and select Enable API integration.
  5. Complete the following fields:
    • Server URL: Enter the URL for Oracle Human Capital Management tenant URL.
    • Username: Enter your admin username for Oracle Human Capital Management.
    • Password: Enter your admin password for Oracle Human Capital Management.
  6. Optional. Click Test API Credentials to test the API integration.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Select To App under Settings. Click Edit, and then select the provisioning features that you want to enable.
  9. Click Save.
