Integrate Tines with Okta

Enable provisioning for the Tines app instance to integrate with Okta.

Before you begin

  • You have a Tines cloud account with tenant owner access.
  • SCIM is enabled for your Tines account. If SCIM isn't available in your tenant, contact Tines Support to request SCIM enablement.
  • You have an API key with tenant owner permissions.
  • You have your Tines tenant domain URL, for example https://winter-cloud-1715.tines.com.
  • You have permission to manage apps in Okta.

Procedure

  1. In the Admin Console, go to Applications > Applications.
  2. Search for and select Tines, and then click Add Integration.
  3. On the General tab, enter the Application label.
  4. Click Done.
  5. Go to the Provisioning tab, and click Integration.
  6. Click Configure API Integration.
  7. Select Enable API Integration.
  8. Enter your API Key and Base URL.
  9. Click Test API Credentials.
  10. When the authorization process is verified, click Save.
  11. Select To App under Settings, and then select the provisioning features that you want to enable.
  12. Click Save.
