Settings
Use the Settings page to configure how certain governance features are used in your org. The changes that you make on this page are applicable to all users in your org.
Delegates
Allow or block users from assigning their own delegates for governance tasks. Governance tasks include access certification campaign reviews and access request approvals, questions, and tasks. See Enable end users to assign delegates.
Integrations
Integrate communication and ITSM tools with your Okta org to manage access more efficiently.
You can use Slack with Access Certifications and Access Requests to notify access certification campaign reviewers or streamline requesting access. You can also integrate Microsoft Teams, Jira, and ServiceNow with Access Requests from the Access Requests console to perform more actions. See Integrations.
Governance AI
Allow or block users from using AI / ML features in Okta Identity Governance. This includes the Governance Analyzer recommendations in access certification campaigns and the AI-generated summary in Security Access Reviews.
Governance Analyzer recommendations in campaigns are data-driven, machine learning-based approve or revoke access recommendations generated for reviewers. This helps reviewers make informed decisions about user access during access certification campaigns.
The AI-generated summary in Security Access Reviews provides the reviewer with the necessary information to assess the overall level of anomalous access the user has.

Escalations
Allow or block requesters from escalating tasks for their access requests from the Settings page. Access requests tasks include questions, approvals, actions, and custom tasks. Escalated tasks are automatically assigned to the original task assignee's manager. See Allow requesters to escalate tasks.
