Uninstall the Okta ADFS Plugin on your ADFS Server

Remove the access control policy from ADFS:
- In the ADFS management console, go to Relying Party Trusts.
- Right-click on the app.
- Select Edit Access Control Policy.
- Select the access control policy and click Remove.

Disable the Okta MFA Provider for ADFS:
- Sign in to your ADFS server.
- Open the ADFS management console.
- Expand Service - Authentication Methods.
- Right-click Authentication Methods.
- Click Edit Multi-factor Authentication Methods.
- Clear Okta MFA Provider.
- Select Access Control Policies.
- Select Prompt for Okta MFA.
- Click Delete.
- Click OK.

Uninstall the Okta ADFS Plugin:
- Click the Windows icon in the lower-left corner of the Windows desktop.
- Click uninstall.
- Right-click Okta MFA Provider and click uninstall.

Optional. Delete all assignments. You can delete the assignments after you complete all other steps.
- Sign in or return to your Okta org as an administrator.
- Go to Applications.
- Select the Microsoft ADFS (MFA) app.
- Select the Assignments tab.
- Delete all assignments.

Disable Cross-Origin Resource Sharing in your Okta Org:
- Sign in or return to your Okta org as an administrator.
- Go to .
- Select the Trusted Origins tab.
- Click CORS.
- Select your origin.
- Right-click on an origin and select Remove.
- Click Save.

Remove the Microsoft ADFS app from your Okta org:
- Sign in or return to your Okta org as an administrator.
- Go to .
- Select .
- For the Microsoft ADFS (MFA) app, click the gear icon and select deactivate.
- Optional:
- Select .
- For the Microsoft ADFS app, click the gear icon and select Delete.
- Confirm that the app has been deleted.
