| Push user deactivation | Deactivating the user or disabling the user's access to the app through Okta also deactivates the user in Mimecast Personal Portal V3. |
| Push profile updates | Updates made to a user through Okta are applied to Mimecast Personal Portal V3 profiles. You can update a user's first and last name, but not their phone number, email, or username. |
| Push password updates | Users made to a the user's password in Okta are pushed to Mimecast Personal Portal V3, unless the user's account is locked. |
| Import new users | Updates made to a user's profile in Mimecast Personal Portal V3 are downloaded and applied to the profile fields stored locally in Okta. |
| Reactivate users | Reactivating or enabling the user through Okta reactivates or enables the user in Mimecast Personal Portal V3. |
| Import user schema | Imports the user schema from Mimecast Personal Portal V3 into Okta. This is also known as schema discovery. |
