This table lists the provisioning features and functionality available with a Zendesk integration.

| Import new users | Downloads new users created in Zendesk, then matches them against existing Okta users or creates Okta AppUser objects. |
| Import profile updates | Updates the Okta user profile with changes made in Zendesk. |
| Import user schema | Allows the discovery and mapping of extended attributes from the Zendesk user profile to the Okta profile. This is also known as schema discovery. |
| Push new users | Creates users in Zendesk when they'e created and assigned to the app in Okta. |
| Push password updates | Pushes password changes made in Okta to the corresponding user in Zendesk. The Allow admins to set passwords security option in Zendesk must be enabled for these updates to occur. |
| Push profile updates | Pushes updates made to a user's profile in Okta to the corresponding user in Zendesk. |
| Push user deactivation | Deactivates or suspends a user in Zendesk when the user is deactivated or unassigned from the app in Okta. |
| Reactivate users | Reactivates a user in Zendesk when the user is reactivated or reassigned in Okta. |
| Push groups | Allows for the pushing, updating, and downloading of user groups between Okta and Zendesk. |
