Manage network zones

Learn how to create and edit the different types of network zones.

To implement multiple network zones, including Dynamic Zones, you must enable Adaptive MFA.

Create an IP zone
Create an IP zone that defines network perimeters around a set of IP addresses.
Create a dynamic zone
Create a dynamic zone that defines network perimeters by location, IP type, and autonomous system number (ASN).
Create an enhanced dynamic zone
Create an enhanced network zone that includes and excludes specific IP service categories, locations, and Autonomous System Numbers (ASNs).
Edit or delete a network zone
Edit, deactivate, or delete a network zone, or block client IP addresses from accessing it.
Troubleshoot network zone issues using System Log
Use the System Log to review security events in your org and determine which IP service categories belong in your enhanced dynamic zone.
Add IPs to a network zone from the System Log
Add an IP address that appears in a System Log event directly to a network zone.
