View the progress of an active campaign
As a super admin or an access certifications admin, use the campaign's page to monitor the progress of your active campaigns and pending review items.
Only super admins can view campaigns that govern Okta admin roles. Govern Okta admin roles is an Early Access feature. However, if you're subscribed to Okta Identity Governance, it's generally available.
Start this task
- In the Admin Console, go to .
- On the Access certification campaigns page, go to the Active tab.
View the overall progress
- Select the campaign that you want to view.
- Use the Total reviews, Pending, Approved, and Revoked counts displayed in the Progress section to track the overall progress of the campaign.
View review details
- Select the campaign that you want to view.
- Go to the Pending or Closed tab.
As an admin, you can reassign review items to a different reviewer even when the campaign is active. See Modify a scheduled campaign
- Optional. From the Resources dropdown menu, select a resource. You can also use the search bar to filter by a user or reviewer.

Click anywhere on the review item row to view the following details:

The date and time of the review

User's application entitlements

Reviewer details

Certification details. This section is visible after a reviewer completes the review or the campaign ends.
For campaigns with multilevel reviews, you and campaign reviewers can view the decisions taken by reviewers at each level.

The remediation status

The history of the review item. The history includes useful information, such as details about the original reviewer, reason for the reassignment, and details of the final reviewer. It also includes the reason for the reviewer's decision to approve or revoke the user's access.

To view previously completed campaigns, go to the Closed tab on the Access certification campaigns page. This tab lists all the campaigns that were completed in the last 12 months.
