Only super admins can view campaigns that govern Okta admin roles.

  1. In the Admin Console, go to Identity GovernanceAccess Certifications.
  2. On the Access certification campaigns page, go to the Active tab.

  2. Use the Total reviews, Pending, Approved, and Revoked counts displayed in the Progress section to track the overall progress of the campaign.

View review details

  1. Select the campaign that you want to view.

  2. Go to the Pending or Closed tab. As an admin, you can reassign review items to a different reviewer even when the campaign is active. See Modify a scheduled campaign

  3. Optional. Use the search bar to filter by a user or reviewer.

If Access Governance - Delegates is enabled for your org, you can use the Reviewer is Delegate filter to identify review items are assigned to delegates. When you use this filter, the results also include review items assigned to Group and Group Owner as reviewer if one or more reviewers in the group has a delegate assigned. The Review details panel also displays this information.

  4. Click anywhere on the review item row to open the Review details panel. The panel contains user, reviewer, resource, and the history of the review item. The Review details panel also contains the Certification details section for completed review items and closed campaigns.

If Access Governance - Delegates is enabled for your org, then for campaigns with the reviewer type as Group or Group owner, the Review details panel for a review item also indicates the delegate user in the group. Review items aren't assigned to the delegate if a reviewer included in the campaign assigns a delegate after the campaign launches.

  5. Optional. To get the latest Application usage, Application last accessed date, and Last reviewed information for the campaign, go to the Actions menu and select Refresh review item attributes. By default these fields are updated automatically every 12 hours. The remaining fields display information from the time of the campaign's launch.

For campaigns with multilevel reviews, you and campaign reviewers can view the decisions taken by reviewers at each level and the remediation status. Sometimes remediation can fail or you have to remediate manually. See Remediation for campaigns with multilevel reviews and Handle remediation manually.

To view previously completed campaigns, go to the Closed tab on the Access certification campaigns page. This tab lists all the campaigns that were completed in the last 12 months.
