Configure email notifications for Access Requests
Turn Access Requests email notifications off or on for your entire org. Turn them off if you want to send custom-branded notifications instead of the default Okta emails.
About this task
By default, Okta sends these notifications for your org by email:
- Request summary and updates
- Request expiry warning
- Access ending warning
- Access ends
When you turn email notifications off or on, your existing configuration for Slack and Microsoft Teams notifications isn't affected.
Before you begin
- Sign in to the Admin Console as a super or access requests admin.
Procedure
- In the Admin Console, go to .
- Select the Settings tab.
- In the Notifications section, turn Send notification emails off or on.
