Manage resource collections

You can manage resource collections by editing their details or deleting them.

Before you begin

• Sign in as a super admin or an admin with the following permissions:
  • Manage applications
  • Manage collections
  • Edit application's user assignments
  • Edit groups' application assignments or Edit users' application assignments

• Ensure that you're assigned to the Okta Entitlement Management, Okta Access Requests, and Okta Access Requests Admin apps.

Edit a resource collection

1. In the Admin Console, go to Identity GovernanceResource Collections.
2. Search for the collection that you want to edit. Click View for that collection.
3. Select ActionsEdit name and description.
4. Click Save.

Delete a resource collection

1. In the Admin Console, go to Identity GovernanceResource Collections.
2. Search for the collection that you want to delete. Click View for that collection.
3. Select ActionsDelete resource collection.
4. Click Delete.
